Klootchy Creek Giant

Tourists look at the remains of the "Klootchy Creek Giant", formerly the largest sitka spruce tree in the United States. It snapped off 75 feet above the ground in a December 2007 wind storm that had gusts over 100 mph. The tree, estimated at 700 years old, was 206 feet tall.
